Treepex Herbal ships to residential and commercial addresses throughout all 50 U.S. states. Certain oversized products may be subject to shipping limitations or additional freight charges for Alaska and Hawaii. Please contact our Customer Service team before placing an order for an oversized item requiring a custom freight quote.
Alaska and Hawaii: Lighter items may be shipped via USPS. Priority and expedited shipping options may also be available depending on the product, package size, weight, and destination. Please contact us before placing your order if a custom shipping quote is required.
At this time, we may be unable to ship certain products to U.S. territories or U.S. military installations. Please contact our Customer Service team to confirm shipping availability before placing an order.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days after purchase.
Our primary shipping carriers are FedEx and USPS. We may also use UPS or other qualified shipping carriers depending on the destination, package size, product availability, and shipping requirements.
Estimated carrier delivery times may include:

Delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, product availability, destination, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Expedited shipping options are subject to product availability and carrier limitations. Certain oversized or heavy products may not qualify for expedited shipping services.
Please note that some products may be shipped from international fulfillment or supply locations. As a result, delivery times for these products may be longer and may be affected by customs processing, carrier schedules, or other international shipping requirements. Where applicable, estimated delivery information will be provided during the ordering process.
Tracking Your Order
Once tracking information becomes available, customers may access available shipment details through their Treepex Herbal account or through the shipping information provided for their order.
Your account username is generally the email address provided during checkout. Account access information and order-related communications may be sent to the same email address.
For shipments containing multiple packages, a master tracking number or multiple individual tracking numbers may be provided. Individual packages within the same order may be separated during transit and may arrive on different delivery dates.
Customers may use the provided tracking number on the applicable carrier's website to view the latest available shipment status.
